ICONIQ undertook the provision of services for the intricate renovation endeavor involving three historic buildings. These structures are undergoing modernization to accommodate a museum space complete with an auditorium, a banquet hall, and private offices for the Milken Foundation.
ICONIQ’s contributions to this project include: conducting a 3D Scan Survey, providing Precise Model Coordinates and Plum/Flatness Analysis, offering Precise Detail Capture and Analysis for Historic Conservation (Scan/GPR), deploying Moisture/Humidity/Vibration Sensory technology (Field Sensor IOTs), conducting Detailed Construction Phasing and Site Logistics Constructability Studies along with Mockups, implementing 4D/5D modeling, orchestrating Existing and New MEP Install Sequencing, managing 3D Coordination (VDC Management), and overseeing Progress Tracking through scans, photos, and 4D representations.
ICONIQ has provided a 3D Scan Survey, Precise Model Coordinates, and Plum/Flatness Analysis for the eastbound lanes spanning 4.35 miles of the RT 50 bridge over the Chesapeake Bay. The forthcoming project entails deck floor system replacement, widening certain deck truss spans, enhancing barriers, reinforcing selected truss members, and implementing pin-and-hanger structural steel retrofits. Additionally, the scope encompasses the replacement of overhead signal gantries and some offsite stormwater management tasks.
