During the initial design phases for a project, BIM authoring tools are utilized to design in 2D and 3D. ICONIQ can help develop process and workflows with these tools to further extend the utilization into analysis prior to construction and into operating a building. Our vision from the planning stages is to build and maintain a Digital Twin though construction and building maintenance process. We aid Preconstruction efforts in extracting information from BIM to help with accurate estimates on quantities and schedule sequencing. Beginning with logistical phasing models to detailed virtual constructability mockups into detailed quantity take-offs to help support project estimates. With our expertise in occupied phased renovation we have developed workflows alongside MEP engineers to create 4D sequencing of occupied building systems.
