The restoration of the historic National Museum of Women in the Arts involved various tasks, including the restoration of existing façades and windows, installation of new storefronts/windows and vapor control systems, and minor structural revisions.
Additionally, the building underwent updates to its interiors and finishes, installation of new elevators, and upgrading of sprinkler, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. ICONIQ provided a range of services for this project, including a 3D Scan Survey, Precise Model Coordinates, and Plum/Flatness Analysis, as well as Precise Detail Capture and Analysis for Historic Conservation (Scan/GPR).
Moreover, they conducted Detailed Construction Phases, Site Logistics Constructability Studies, and Mockups, managed Existing and New MEP installation sequencing, facilitated 3D Coordination Management (VDC Manager), and oversaw Progress Tracking through scans, photos, and 4D representations.
